About Our CEO, Mr. Vardachari Ramesh
After graduating, Mr. Vardachari Ramesh, a first-generation technopreneur and Chartered Engineer with an MBA in Finance, worked for nine years with the company Systems Group before launching his own business, Global Group, in 1994.
GLOBAL served a number of markets, including robotics, warehousing, automotive parking solutions, and industrial automation. He made the decision to restructure the business after 22 years of expansion, and VARAM GROUP was established. To serve each area of global knowledge, five major divisions have been established under this banner: Varam Automations, Consultancy, Energy, Parking, And Warehousing.
In the areas of material handling, tyre industry, automotive assembly lines, system integration, industrial automation, robotic handling, machine vision solutions, SPM (special purpose machine), LPG bottling plants, application/product development, etc., he has over 32 years of extensive experience in execution and providing turnkey solutions. Additionally, he has over twenty years of practical experience in business development, technological commercial negotiations, pre- and post-sales operations, on-site project execution, client relationship management, and the creation of specialized products and solutions for the parking industry.
He played a key role in establishing technology partnerships for a number of parking systems with some of the world's leading parking companies. As a result, he is now able to provide the same technology to the Indian market at the best possible price and export from India. - Created
an entire production line for a top supplier of safety-critical
automotive parts with a tack time of 12 seconds, passing through 16
operating stations, and lowering the number of workers per shift from 28
to only 10.
- Created
an entire textile accessory unit manufacturing line for a component.
With a tack time of 4 seconds, output rose by 125% and labor was
decreased from 22 to 9.
- Created
an indigenous palletization robot system in 2000 that had three axes of
control, a payload of 25 kg, an average speed of 18 meters per minute,
and a 12-second cycle time.
- Create
end-of-line testing for a component linked to automobile safety. Eight
axes of movement, load cells, and linear scales for each axis were all
included in its design. The testing cycle time was 12 seconds.

a comprehensive electronic connector inspection line for a 100% EOU. A
